if you're a member of the LGBT community, you probably shouldn't go to GGHS. (LGBT in terms of gender identity not sexuality) especially if you identify as trans, non-binary, a gender, gender fluid, bi gender, e.t.c due to uniform and school beliefs, maybe a school with gender-neutral uniforms would be best suited for someone of that category. just being honest.

I am just sorry that I never attended this school myself! The sense of family and community is incredible. Both my children attend the school and I loved it so much I decided to work there too! Their approach to each child as an individual and the ethos of the school are wonderful -I couldn't ask for more from a school. So grateful to be a part of DLSHCC!

I have two daughters who are attending De La Salle Holy Cross. They have received excellent educations from their teachers. But more than education they have made many incredible friends. We are looking forward to starting at the high school next year! Between the amazing families, friends and not least, educators we have been so blessed. Truly the best kept secret in Johannesburg!

I attended this school from Grade R right through to Matric. I am so grateful to each and every teacher who taught me. Every single member of staff at the school is entirely and wholly dedicated to each and every child. I was so happy with my schooling there, that I have also sent my children to De La Salle Holy Cross. A school where good values and charity and kindness is taught, together with academic excellence.
